This repair was handled very well. I was able to discuss the problem and clarify costs before I committed myself. It would have been nice to use the drop in service, but I simply did not have time to drive up to London. Once I had posted my A70 to ARCHOS Repairs, everything was done very quickly and efficiently. Now, two weeks later, the device is running smoothly and I'm glad that I discovered this service. If only Advanced MP3 Players or ARCHOS themselves had told me about it when I approached them - as they should have.

Job very well done, Ovi did it while I waited on a Saturaday morning, so did not have to worry about sending my Archos through the post with all my data on it. Apart from the connecters that he fixed, he saw my power button was slightly broken and replaced that free of charge, now how is that for service!!!!
